Founder & Director

Following time spent in the UK and now Jersey, in roles spanning Tech Marketing, Agency, Rectech sales and finally as Head of Recruitment for a large bank, Tom founded Ventiro in 2020.

The motivation for Ventiro was to not only source the best talent globally for clients, but also to offer genuine consultancy in combating their recruitment transformation and employer branding
challenges. Making Ventiro a full end to end recruitment consultancy.

He has a wife Sophie, a daughter Annabelle, a son Arthur and in his spare time (not that he has any anymore!), he enjoys keeping active, doing charity challenges and watching England or Northampton rugby.
