After building a career in the UK and Jersey across Marketing and Recruitment, Tom founded Ventiro in 2020 and specialises in sourcing talent across the Financial & Professional Services, Technology and Real Estate industries.
The motivation for starting Ventiro was to not only source the best talent globally for clients, but also to offer best in class consultancy in combating their recruitment and employer branding challenges. Making Ventiro a genuine end to end recruitment consultancy.
He has a wife Sophie, two children, Annabelle and Arthur, and in his spare time he enjoys keeping active, doing charity challenges and watching England or Northampton rugby.

Ross brings extensive expertise to the business. Having been a hiring manager himself, he understands the priorities of both clients and candidates, ensuring every placement is the right fit. Whether you’re seeking your next career move or top talent for your business, Ross is ready to partner with you.
He has a wife Brunette and their dog Nala. In his spare time he enjoys keeping active, DJing and watching Rangers.
