Are you a recruitment agency?

Yes and No. Not possible right? Well we’ve designed a Hybrid model. The standard Agency model is outdated and clients want (and deserve) more. The roles we do recruit are Senior focused. However, we have our Employer Branding and Recruitment Transformation services designed specifically to help our clients attract roles below that directly. Make sense? Where are you based?

We are currently operating out of Jersey and London, although we services clients across the US & EMEA. We will be looking to grow our AUS/NZ presence over the next year.

How does the service work?

1. Executive Search. We help attract and deliver top senior talent to our clients on roles that they need our help on.

2. We run a variety of data / creative based recruitment marketing campaigns. These range from full EVP projects to data based employer branding deployments.

3. We deliver project / change agent style programmes that offer recruitment process improvements. These can vary from soft touch (basic line manager training) to hard fulfillment (embedding new recruitment technology).

Services 2 & 3 are designed specifically to help clients bolster their direct hiring strategy. Service 1 supports in attracting the top leadership talent.

What is the pricing structure?

We’re really pragmatic when it comes to price, especially in such uncertain times. Our pricing is completely dependent on the scale of the project and also takes into account your budgets. The key focus is not on what you are spending but the value and the savings you will benefit from using Ventiro to develop your enhanced recruitment process.
