The client

Consultation

It all begins with us having a call or face to face meeting to talk through your challenges or areas of your recruitment process that simply aren’t performing. We can discuss where you want to be in terms of performance and recruitment goals.

 

proposal

It all begins with an idea. Following our consultation, your Ventiro advisor will put together a report, all aimed at outlining our specific approach and what the next steps would look like. Whatever the service you are looking for, this proposal offers great insight into what the project / campaign would look like in more detail.

the candidate

Consultation

We meet to discuss your current situation, your current challenges and what you are looking for from your next role. In most cases, there will be a specific role to discuss. This is a Headhunting service, so it’s completely tailored to your search, as well as the clients.

 

Application

Once you are happy with us representing you on a specific role, we submit your profile. We hold our clients accountable for feedback and we commit to feeding back on every application, positive or negative. 90% of the candidates we have submitted in 2021 so far have been asked through to interview.

 

alignment

This is where we start to formalise the agreement between the companies. We will map out the project / consultancy / hiring plan officially, looking to ensure both parties are happy with the main details and agree success KPIs.

 

implementation

This is the exciting phase. It’s where we launch the project / campaign and start to apply modern recruiting methods to your business. You will have constant access to updates and reports so we can track where we are against the agreed metrics. We also watch as your recruitment process / employer brand / hiring campaign moves to the next level and you really see your Quality of Hire rise.

interview process

Throughout the process, your headhunter will be on hand to help in your preparation, you research and your approach. Within reason. We won’t overprepare and remove the “you” from the process. You will, as you’d expect, have a concierge level service in terms of administration.

 

offer process

Your Ventiro advisor will act on your behalf and manage the negotiations around the full remuneration package. We are working on your behalf and we have a great track record of negotiating fairly for both parties. Transparency and integrity are the leading values at this stage and in 2021 so far, we haven’t failed to agree an offer both parties are happy with. Which shows we really add value to both parties.
