This will offer the most comprehensive outsourced option and tends to be the longer term option for those not looking to hire a permanent resourcing team.
Point of Service.
This option tends to be the most popular for those clients who already have an embedded recruitment function / process. Ventiro will augment what already exists and will deliver certain agreed aspects of the process. For example, the sourcing, interview process and selection of candidates up until onboarding and payroll.
Project-based.
This is your shorter term option for our RPO solution and can offer the most amount of flexibility. Whether you choose a more full life-cycle or PoS style service, this option is agreed for a defined period of time / project. It allows you to manage hiring peaks and reduce the burden on your existing recruitment function.
