News: Ventiro launches RPO service.

Ventiro, a Jersey based Recruitment Transformation Consultancy, has launched a Recruitment Process Outsourcing service (RPO) to provide local businesses with access to in-house recruitment experts on-demand, flexible hiring solutions and end-to-end talent acquisition capabilities across their organisation.

This RPO service is built and delivered by in-house recruiters and has been designed to support organisations looking for more flexible, cost effective, hiring solutions. It also provides seamless hiring delivery, best-in-breed recruitment technology and extensive sourcing capabilities across multiple departments, addressing a wide range of complex workforce needs.

There are three RPO options available:

  1. Full Talent Life-cycle: The end to end recruitment process is completely outsourced to Ventiro, who will manage the full recruitment process, from Sourcing talent through to Onboarding. This option suits those organisations looking for a flexible recruitment process, without having to hire in a permanent team.

  2. Point of Service (PoS): Ventiro augments what already exists and delivers certain aspects of the process that the organisation needs support with. An example of this is where the HR team maintains ownership of the onboarding process whilst Ventiro manages the sourcing through to selection process, before handing over the successful candidate for onboarding.

  3. Project RPO: This option can be in a full life-cycle or PoS format, however, it is for a defined short term period of time / project. This offers a flexible option to hiring peaks or the launch of a new department, to reduce the burden on the existing recruitment team.
